If applicable: Inspect existing skylights for compromised flashing once the roof shingles are removed. If the flashing is compromised, then a replacement skylight with a warranty will be suggested. If the homeowner declines, they agree to not hold New Image GC Roofing responsible for any leaks to the said unit.
If Customer chooses to go with a replacement of the existing skylights New Image GC is not responsible for interior work unless agreed upon prior to. Upon agreement of replacement of the units, an additional charge will be applied to do the said work. Replacement of damaged fascia boards shall cost an additional and will be priced case by case depending on the material used.

New Image GC Roofing Division requests the customer to remove any personal items
that may be stored in the attic. New Image GC Roofing Division will not be held
responsible for any debris that may enter the attic space.
The New Image Roofing Division will walk the property with clients to ensure the job
meets their satisfaction. New Image GC Roofing Division will walk the property with a high-powered magnet to ensure a thorough cleanup of nails from the premises.
If applicable, all permits are to be submitted by the homeowner. This roof system will be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
